Please click on the Plan Review Application link to begin the application process.  All completed applications and the appropriate fees need to be returned to our Administrative Office.  The review process will not begin until an application and fee have been submitted. 

If your review is considered an "Administrative Application", the fee is indicated next to the type of submittal in the "Select Type" pull down list on the application.  If your review is considered a "Construction Application", please click on the Plan Review Fee Schedule link for the correct fee.
